6.15pm- arrive & herbal tea 6:30pm- restful yin style yoga with Ilona 7.30pm - break, herbal tea and plantbased treats 7.45 - healing sound bath with Ellie, playing Tibetan singing bowls and other instruments Please dress in warm, comfortable clothing and bring your yoga mat, blanket, a pillow, and/ or yoga bolster if you have one.
