Service Description

Mixed Level Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga in The Village Hall, Cuddington, Buckinghamshire and Chearsley Village Hall. A blend of pranayama, meditation, yoga asana and relaxation. Challenge your body a little as we move through a slow flow and then work towards some longer holds before taking Savasana at the end. Beginners welcome, everyone takes it at their own pace.
